Transforming stress into creativity

Stress
is mentally, emotionally and physically blocked energy. When we learn
how to deal with this energy creatively, our daily life with its many
private and work tasks becomes again full of joy, well being and aliveness.
Besides traumatic experiences stress factors such as expecting too much
from oneself, worries and too many thoughts, tensions in the body, too
many inner and outer conflicts with oneself or once relationships and
unwanted emotions. Important is to recognize that a change of the outer
circumstances is seldom a solution to the problem.

It is necessary to get access to the inner causes of the stress and to get a feeling for
the way one is dealing with once self. It is to become aware of how we
are our self in aloneness and in company of other people. This asks for
courage to take res-ponsibility and be honest towards our-selves, to become
open for change or just accepting as the things are.
We will explore creative ways to come in contact with this inner wisdom
and deal with our stress as an invitation for growth that involves movement, emotional relea-se, meditation, painting, dancing, playing and communication
exercises. No expe-rience required.

Course contains:
● What is stress and how is it created in the mind, the emotions and the
body?
● Creative ways to deal with the basic emotions.
● How can we transform blocked energy into joy, well being and aliveness.
● Learn simple exercises that are created to deal with mental, emotional
and physical stress.
● Regain clarity and aliveness in daily practise with a set of tapes especially
designed to use in the home or office.
This
course can be given in 8-10 evening classes of 2 hours. Or on a weekend
Friday evening, Saturday from and Sunday 9-5 pm or on a block of three
days a 6 hours.
