The joy of Mandala Painting -
Based on Flower of Life
Join this series of Mandala painting days going deeper into healing and alignment through creating art for balance and relaxation. We explore further patterns of sacred geometry based on the Flower of life including the platonic solids that work on the 7 chakras.
This series is designed that day 2-5 can be taken individually after you have done a one day previous with me. Each day teaches you a new set of patterns that become the template for your own powerful Mandalas. In these days visualization, awareness exercises and heart to heart sharing form a container for a deeper integration of our painting experience.
It is always astonishing to see what this process of painting conveys about you. Let it be your time for YOU.

Learn effective ways to identify the deeper layers of why we keep clutter and how to eliminate it from our lives permanently. You will be guided through a process that will assist you in actually decluttering a chosen area of your house during the three weeks of this class. This painting day is a playful exploration of your inner world, intended to intuitively bring forward your vision of your life or your business and express it artistically.
Dance and movement are used initially to open our bodies and minds. From there, we make use of different mediums of painting, expressing ourselves randomly, and playfully letting go of the outcome. We apply colors, textures, mixed media and collage items. Throughout the process, we make use of silence, music, and visualization to awaken inner images, colours, forms and feelings. Multiple forms emerge out of random layers of colour, structure and paint. In the second half of the day, we let emerge from our intuition an image that expresses our vision for the next six months of our life or business. With this form of art, we connect to the right side of the brain, to the child and healer in us. Surprise yourself with the findings of your inner landscape.
Bring along your favorite medium(s) – pencils, colored pencils, paint, brushes, magazines, etc. – to playfully create.
